We typically ship your subscription orders 1-3 days after your initial order. Please note that any changes to your subscription order may delay the initial ship date of your items.
The charge for each shipment will be billed to the credit card used to create your initial subscription order. You can change this information at any time by the “my account” once you are logged in. If the credit card on file becomes invalid at any time during the subscription period or is declined, we will send you any email notifying you that your form of payment has failed. Your subscription will be placed on hold until the payment information associated with your account has been updated. No additional orders will be able to be processed or shipped until the information is updated.
Mela Teas reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time without notice to you. Should your account be terminated by Mela Teas, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
